I’m a Learning & Development Strategist and Digital Product Manager passionate about transforming how people and organizations learn in the digital age.
For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of education, technology, and organizational change — building learning ecosystems that make transformation measurable and human-centered.

My journey began in education, where I discovered how people learn, unlearn, and adapt. Over the years, I moved beyond traditional training and into the realm of learning design, product development, and digital transformation, combining structure with creativity, data with empathy, and strategy with real impact.

Currently, I lead digital learning and transformation initiatives at MegaBank, one of Iran’s largest fintech platforms serving over 8 million users. My focus is on embedding learning into the product experience — turning user education into a strategic growth driver and a lever for customer engagement.

Before that, I served as Head of Education & International Affairs at IoT Academy, a United Nations ITU Center of Excellence, where I designed and delivered global learning programs in emerging technologies for participants across 60+ countries.
Through that experience, I developed a deep understanding of how technology, culture, and learning converge to build organizational capability.

Along the way, I’ve worked with international institutions, EdTech startups, and innovation teams, helping them design scalable learning systems, manage digital transformation projects, and bridge the gap between human development and business performance.

My work combines three core beliefs:

  -   Learning must be measurable — powered by data, analytics, and technology.

I’m currently pursuing doctoral studies in Business Administration, focusing on how digital transformation reshapes organizational learning and leadership.

Beyond the corporate world, I write, mentor, and design frameworks to help professionals and organizations rethink learning as a product — not just a process.
